Did my 100 pushup workout and then later in the day I did a Tabata workout I saw online. It's as follows:
A) 20 sec. Burpees
10 sec. Rest
20 sec jumping jack
10 sec. rest
4x through
B) 20 sec jump squats
10 sec rest
20 sec straight leg kicks
10 sec. Rest
4x through
C) 20 sec. Mountain climbers
10 sec. Rest
20 sec high knees
10 sec rest
4x through
D) 20 sec power jumps
10 sec. Rest
20 sec. Split lunge jumps
10 sec rest
4x through (only made it 3 times through this last one)
