Mixed in leg machines and core with back and bicep work. Felt good about it for the most part.
After that I went over to running club and ran with the kids.

Rec center. Worked back and biceps. Alternated core and abs like I do.
Then I went running with Rainn's running club. I tripped on a piece of wood in the woods turned my ankle and went down. Got back up quickly but it still hurt pretty bad.
It still hurts.
Got into the gym today. Biceps felt good throughout. I was mindful of the amount of weight so I didn't overload my tiny arms.
Worked my abs a bit as well. Just like the last workout, it's a story of how much work I have to do.
So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
