I'm 3 years from turning 50. I feel weak, soft and I'm ready to make a change.
The run came out ok. Didn't feel great at all but at least it was nice enough to get out and run.

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
