So to be perfectly transparent, I set out for a 5 mile run, but couldn't seem to keep the pace for it. So I ended up with a 5K instead with a 6:58 min/mi pace. After that, since I was on the Gen. Cone Fitness Trail, I ran from station to station and did all that, pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups and some other cool things that are set up out there.
