Started off just awful in every way, but I found a bit of a rhythm by the end of the hour. Got in over 3 miles on the court though so I'm happy about that.

Morning Basketball and 4 Miles

Had a pretty good morning. Hit some decent shots. Even got lucky on a couple. Worked hard. Wish my Garmin watch charge wasn't so low that I had to charge it at home but it's OK. I. Will. Survive.

Went to the Rec Center later in the afternoon and ran four miles. Slow pace but I was dripping sweat so it was all good.

I might've overextended myself on this one lol. Mile 5 hurt like crazy. Mile 6 felt better. Almost didn't make it back it to the bathroom in time. Yikes.

Started off with alternating push-ups with jumping-jacks, high-knees and butt-kicks.

4 miles.

There's nothing that motivates me to get out and run than substitute teaching in younger grades. I find it so intense to give that much energy all day. Teachers of young kids get my vote for sainthood.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
