5 miles.

Had to stop twice: Once to re-tie my shoes and then another because I literally had to catch my breath after coming up pretty bog hill. Also my toes on my right foot were hurting on the bottom. So that was weird. Other than that, not a bad run.

1Mile - Treadmill speed 7.0
20 Push-ups, 20 Squats with 30lb dumbbell

1/2 Mile - Treadmill speed 8.5
20 Push-ups, 20 Squats with 30lb dumbbell

1/4 Mile - Treadmill speed 10
20 Push-ups, 20 Squats with 30lb dumbbell

1/4 Mile - Treadmill speed 10
20 Push-ups, 20 Squats with 30lb dumbbell

1/2 Mile - Treadmill speed 8.0
20 Push-ups, 20 Squats with 30lb dumbbell

1 mile - Treadmill speed 7.5 with a kick to 8.5 on the last 1/4 mile.

Workout Summary - 3.5 miles ran with 100 push-ups and 100 squats.

Morning Basketball - Evening Basketball

Got up to play for the first time in a couple of weeks. Took my pre-workout and it fired me up. Made a ton of shots, good passes, and had some defensive grabs as well. So my day started out well is what I'm saying.

Well we got to make up a game that got snowed out, and it was pretty awful for me. We won tho so that was cool. Ended the day with 21,000 steps.

Back and biceps

Got into the gym today. Biceps felt good throughout. I was mindful of the amount of weight so I didn't overload my tiny arms.

Worked my abs a bit as well. Just like the last workout, it's a story of how much work I have to do.

After another crazy sickness hit me and my entire family, I finally got back to the gym. It was a decent workout and I know I'm going to be super sore for a couple of days.

Evening Basketball

Had a great first half. Then the second half was regrettable. Two bad passes in the final minutes. I was so mad at myself. I hate it when I suck at basketball. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
