Morning Basketball

Glad I got up to play today. my shot percentage was nice and high. :) We played 3 on 3 at the end and that wasn't my best 10 minutes but I had fun either way.

Back and Biceps.

Didn't at all want to work out today. I usually alternate core and ab in between whatever I'm working that day and it wasn't happening today. I methodically worked through my stuff to get what I needed done.

40 Curls

10 minutes of Jump rope

Ran two rounds of disc golf. It was hot, but windy so it was bearable.

Chest Shoulder and Triceps.

Took Rainn to swimming and worked out. It was a decent workout, didn't really get into it until the very end but either way it was beneficial I'm sure.

Ultimate Frisbee

Today we had 24...24!
2 fields with 6 on 6. Played for two hours. My legs hurt so bad but I love it. I'll feel great in the morning.

4 Miles and a Workout

So I ran the 2 miles that it is from my driveway to the Rec Center door. THAT link HERE.

Then I worked out hard, focusing on back and biceps while throwing in 100 push-ups, 100 Sit-ups and some other random stuff.

Basketball AND Chest shoulder and triceps

Morning basketball was dumb. I think I missed every shot that wasn't a layup, until the very last shot of the day. Grr.

Rec Center while Rainn had his swim lesson. Threw in some core and abs. Worked up a great sweat. Didn't have time to get a lot of cable work done but that's OK. I still worked hard.

Ultimate Frisbee

So we had 3 on 3 and it was super hot so folks were feeling bad after like not quite one game. It was lame but whatever. Lauren came over and hung out with Alissa and I after that so that was fun.

Chased the frisbee for about 30 minutes or more.

Pacem 3rd Round

Started to work legs workout but I wasn't feeling it. So I ran a little over a mile on the treadmill. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 50 curls. Then called it day.
Back to sweating at the cabin.

Pacem 2nd Round.

Back and biceps day. I started with a mile on the treadmill. The treadmill was who knows how old. The track was like a an old track. It was pretty cool, Then I worked back and biceps. Great work out.

Workout Room in Pacem in Terris

Worked the chest, shoulders and triceps. The room is surprisingly well stocked with workout equipment. I felt like it was a great activity previous to the first dinner there at the place.

The first four of us almost went home but by the end of it we had 15 people there.

Basketball/Rec Center

Morning Basketball. Drove by early and no one was there, went and got my disc golf stuff and then drove back by and there was some people there so I ended up playing some relaxed 4 on 3.


Took Rainn Swimming and did a back and biceps workout with legs mixed in. It was a good workout. Left bicep felt really great.

45 minute Sworkit

45 minutes crawls by when you are sweating like crazy. It was a tough but good workout. Anything jump or cardio centric I was able to do intensely. That felt pretty good.

Basketball/Rec Center

Basketball back at the High School Gym. Took about 45 minutes for me to start hitting ay shots. Then I scored 4 out of the 5 points. So at least I ended on a good note.

Rainn went to his swim lesson and I did chest, shoulders and triceps. It was brutal. I forgot my headphones lol. It was fine though I still worked up a sweat by interjecting ab and core work. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
