Took the boys to the Rec Center. Rainn played basketball and River and I worked out. River did his thing and I did mine. It was pretty successful I think .
Bench press, Dead Lift, Squats, some curls. yada yada.

7 Miles - March 27, 2019

Went into some decent wind there for a while and had some good hill work. Felt really good throughout. Had the wind at my back the last couple of miles so that always helps the pace.

8 miles - March 23, 2019

Great day for a run. It ended up being not an easy, long run. I really pushed the pace. for sure. 8 miles with 7:25 min/mile pace. Felt great though.  LINK

6 Miles

Just like last week I had the wind at my back for the first 3 miles and then on the way back it was uphill and into the wind. Mile 5 was absolutely brutal. But I think I'll be ready for an 8 mile run this weekend.

Then I stretched and ran 3 miles on the treadmill.

NIKE Training App

Went for a 45 minute workout on the app, but I literally could only go for 31 minutes and that was even after I was cheating on the individual movements. So awful.

Clintonville Rec with the boys

River took me through this workout at the gym. Dude has a six pack anyone would be jealous of. He's a strong kid. It's pretty awesome. 100 crunches, some planks, a short leg workout for me. His workout was long. I couldn't keep up actually. I had a vested interest in being able to walk the next day.

Treadmill Running

Ran three miles on the treadmill. I hate treadmill running but there's no road on which to run here in Shawano right now. Snow, ice and zero shoulder on the clear roads. I'm so frustrated at this point.

3 miles is 3 miles though I guess. Did some push-ups squats and what not after that so there ya go. Getting back into it little by little.

Raquetball

Oh lord have mercy on my unfit person. I haven't felt that useless in a while. I am truly a glutton for punishment. Justyn killed me every single game. At least he had some fun today :) 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
