Morning Basketball

I have no idea why I play. Seriously. I wore my goggles. No difference in my shot. I have zero body control right now. I need to research this and see if a 43 yr old can regain a little bit of that.

Morning Basketball

Ugh my shot was just awful. I started the day hitting the 3 to get my team the ball and that was pretty much the highlight of the day. 

I think I'll bring my goggles next time so I can see the rim a bit more clearly.

Post Thanksgiving 10K

No, I didn't enter a race. I just ran to run. It was a perfect day. A little windy in some spots but I enjoyed the entire run.

7 Miles

I ran to enjoy it. I ended up running farther than I thought I was going to which is always cool. Nice running day out. I'm a sunshine guy, but 32 and not much wind is pretty perfect running weather.

Morning Basketball

It's been a while since I played and it wasn't too bad. Ditched my prescription and it didn't mess with my shot percentage one bit. In fact, I think it went up. :/

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
