Morning Basketball

Started off absolutely terrible. 2 air balls right off the bat with some really bad passes as a compliment. Got a little better as the morning went on. Had a good bounce in my step at least.

Morning Basketball

My heart rate stayed around 160. Didn't get to play as long as I'd like to, due to the fact that most of the guys had to leave at 6:45.  Either way I made a few good shots and missed some others. My driving is non-existent. :(

Back and Biceps

Been quite a while since I've done a back and biceps workout. It was good. Hadn't lost any strength. Included some ab work and a round at the leg press machine. I had 6 45lb weights on it. Not too bad.

Morning Basketball

Ridiculously tired but I'm really glad I could get up and play. Shot was on for the first half. My heart rate was staying at 173 most of the morning. That was intense but good for me.

I had one game where I couldn't miss. The rest were bad passes and crap defense. Oh well, good guys were there and it was a fun time.

Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

Great workout. Started out with putting up 205 a few times. As I took the weight off slowly, I found my reps were higher than ever. Great workout overall. Was only about 45-50 minutes but that's plenty in my world.

Morning Basketball

Hit a few shots. Pretty frustrated with myself most of the time. although I'm always glad I got up to play. Watching my heart rate and it seems as if I keep it under 160 and get about 7 hours of sleep it seems I have a good bounce in my step.

Morning Basketball

We only had 4 so 2 on 2 was OK I guess. I hit a few in the beginning but after that I was not effective. Gonna take a while to get that cardio back up to where I want it.

Morning Basketball

Finally got back in the mix this morning. I tried to drive to the hoop a few times and that was awful. My shots outside were surprisingly on. Granted my defender wasn't winning any awards with his efforts but still, at least a bunch of my open shots went in.

Chest Workout

Started out with 205 bench and worked my way down. Great workout overall. The other day I felt slightly feverish after my workout the other day due to my cold being in full swing. Today I felt/feel great. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
