Morning Basketball

Basketball went well today. I had some C4 today finally. That's a pre-workout substance that fires you up. Makes you feel like you have lightning living between your teeth like Lex Luthor's creation in Superman 4; Glammy Sun-man or whatever he was.

5 Miles on the treadmill.

Ran 5 miles on the treadmill. It took about 42 minutes or so. I didn't go for the speed I just went for the distance.

Well, the core and my curls felt better the push-ups were awful. Had to phone a few of those sets in.

Old man basketball

Had a pretty good night. Couple of lay ups that felt good. Had some decent passes that turned into assists. We didn't win but we didn't lose as bad as we thought we would. 🤷🏼‍♂️

It was great to get back on the road. It's been so cold, and Dec was crazy busy, and I was pretty sick a couple weeks ago. Either way, I hope can get a rhythm back now.

Morning Basketball - Evening Basketball

Got up to play, lots of kids there still, but it's fine. One of the teens from Clintonville just schooled me over and over LOL. Oh well. He's working hard and I'm out of shape. Also I have no defensive skills to speak of. 

Evening basketball went well, I scored 9 points and we won by 9 points! It was good times.

30 Minute Sworkit

It's been a long time since I've clicked into this app. I'm so out of shape. I had it on 30 minutes and could barely make it through. I had to take a knee on a couple of the pushup activities. Straight up lied on the floor through the spider-man pushups. BUT it's a start and I need to re-start for sure.

After an incredibly busy December and a flu at the beginning of Jan, my body is so lame right now. At least I'm pretty light.  

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
