Fun times today. Made some shots and ran around the whole time with little fatigue. My heart rate stayed decently low and I wasn't going slow.

Sworkit

Full body sworkit workout for 45 minutes. It was awesome. Very tough but I got through it, save a few spider push-ups.

Chest Workout

Benched 205 three times up and then one time a few minutes later. Good workout overall though there is something just a bit off under my right pectoral muscle. I think it might somehow to be tied to my shoulder but I'm not sure.

Morning Basketball

Turns out my legs were incredibly tired from the run last night. Also I turned my ankle pretty good as well. I walked it off and it was fine thanks to my braces I wear EVERY TIME I'm on the court. The good from it, I came in off of sitting for a game and hit four or five shots in a row.

4 Miles

Had some time to go running. It was OK. 2 miles out with a tailwind and then 2 miles home with a headwind. Not a great time but I miss it so my times will get better.

Catch up post along with Today's Workout

It's been a week and a half since I've journaled. I've been going to the gym on the regular and playing basketball on Tuesday/Thursdays. Last week I had a few days spent doing some good solid manual labor. That was fun. Tiring, but fun. 

Today I went to the gym and benched 205 a few times. Finished strong with the rest of my workout and then went home and chased the frisbee (sprints) for 30 minutes. It was hot and humid and I loved it.

Pitiful really. NO shots were hit other than some drives to the basket. So disappointing. At least I got in 3 plus miles.

2 miles and a bicep workout

Ran to the gym and barely made it inside before it started raining. Had a decent back and bicep workout. Went to run home and it started pouring. Stopped by my buddy's job to get a ride home.

Sworkit and Running

Started with a 20 minute Full body strength Sworkit app workout.

And then went out for a 10K run. Pitiful pace but it's been 3 months since I've ran distance so I'm not mad.

Benched 195! That was my goal for this week I believe. Had a little trouble with my shoulder on some dumbbell lifts but it worked itself out.

Morning Basketball

New ankle braces so that was hurting my feet for the first while. I wasn't nearly as quick today. But we played for a long time so I got over 3 miles and 9,000 steps.

Back and Biceps

Good overall workout. Threw in some leg work and an 8 minute ab workout and 100 push-ups. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
