Morning Basketball - Back and Biceps

So one of our cats woke me up at 4:30am and I couldn't get back to sleep. Went to play ball at 6 and it was just awful. I couldn't make anything happen. Then we got bumped from the gym after 45 minutes. Frustrating. Need More Sleep. 

In the afternoon I went to the gym and had a decent back and biceps workout. Still tired but good.

Couple workouts

Started off the morning with 100 pushups and 100 squats. 

In the afternoon I did my tabata workout and really pushed it. It was great. I also did an 8 minute Ab workout and 6 minute glut workout.

Morning Basketball

Played basketball this morning. My shot felt pretty good! Defense was awful and the last 10 minutes or so I was straight up worn out.

4 Miles.

Morning Basketball and Workout at the gym

Woke up without much sleep but decided to go anyway. Glad I did. My shot was there. I was happy about it. My defense sucks so bad but I only care a little bit.

Went to the gym and had a great chest, shoulders and triceps workout. Benched 195.

100 burpees - 100 pushups

That's pretty much it. Went in the basement and did 100 burpees. 10 sets of 10 with a minute in between.
Then after I cooled down I did 100 push-ups.

Morning Basketball

Felt great all morning. Had a bounce in my step that I haven't had in a while plus, I had my glasses back. Had good control under the basket and made some shots. Looked back at my sleep history and saw that Fri, Sat, and Sun, nights I had over 7 hours sleep each night. That's a big improvement and I need to be doing that every night if possible.

Morning Basketball and then 4 miles and gym.

Went to play basketball without my glasses this morning. I didn't fare any worse than any other morning I suppose.
Ran 2 miles to the gym, where I did a very minimal back and biceps workout and then ran home. Warm and incredibly humid out. My mile times were crap but I was just glad I didn't stop to walk.

Alternate 10 Dumbbell Curls (30 lbs) with 25 Squats (holding 30 lbs) Repeat 4xs

Alternate 25 Tricep dips with 25 Basic Crunches Repeat 4xs

Alternate 20 Lat pulls with 20 Side Lunges (holding 17.5 lbs) repeat 4xs

Alternate 15 Overhead Dumbbell press (30 lbs) with 20  Low Ab exercise repeat 4xs

Alternate 10 seated preacher curls (30 lbs) with 10 burpees repeat 3xs

Alternate 10 Overhead Triceps (60 lbs) with  20 Side Ab exercise repeat 4 xs

100 pushups

Did this tabata workout first:

A) 20 sec. Burpees
10 sec. Rest
20 sec jumping jack
10 sec. rest
4x through

B) 20 sec jump squats
10 sec rest
20 sec straight leg kicks
10 sec. Rest
4x through

C) 20 sec. Mountain climbers
10 sec. Rest
20 sec high knees
10 sec rest
4x through

D) 20 sec power jumps
10 sec. Rest
20 sec. Split lunge jumps
10 sec rest
4x through

Then did an 8 minute ab workout, a six minute glut workout and ended with 100 pushups.

Morning Basketball

Broke my glasses this morning. I think I can put them back together but the most troubling thing is that once they broke my shot percentage actually went up. Dumb.

Morning Basketball

Was pretty useless all morning. Even went one on one for a bit and lost that one decidedly. I had 5:15 hrs of sleep last night so that was somewhat of a factor. If I get lucky I'll go running this evening or something. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
