Jump Rope?

Went downstairs and did 100 push-ups and used my agility ladder for a while. Then ended up in the garage jumping rope but the handle had come off a while back so I ended up getting a new one so I'm all set to jump rope anytime. That's the hope.

An afternoon of fun?

Came home from work and did 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 curls, and 100 squats.
Then I went to running club with the kids. Ran a couple of miles at an easy pace.

Then at Fun Night over at church, a game of ultimate frisbee broke out and I sprinted around for an hour.

Morning Basketball

I was feeling pretty good this morning. It was my first morning back since Quinn was born last Friday. Running felt easy. The shot came in late in the morning, but at least it was there.

30 minutes Sworkit then 3 miles with River

I weighed in at 184.5 this morning. It wasn't muscle that brought me above the 180 mark. I've been eating so much cake and ice cream like every day.
The sworkit workout went ok and then running with River was nice. It was a beautiful day.

7 Miles

Super nice day outside...finally. I ate a bunch of egg salad for lunch and that was gross to run with but it ended up OK. That last mile was awful but I held it together.

30 minute sworkit workout. Worked out some of the soreness that I had due to the previous sworkit workout. I could've gone 45 minutes but needed to get back to work.

6 miles.

I weighed in at 182.3 this morning and I can feel every lb over 176. Still, I think I came out pretty good with this run considering my current fitness level.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
