Ultimate got cancelled because everyone bailed. No fun for me so I got on the road and churned out 6 miles at 7:42/mi pace.

Sworkit and Sprints

30 minute sworkit workout followed by about 45 minutes of chasing the frisbee out the empty lots. Haven't felt this good sprinting in several years.

Rainn did some of my workout with me and that made it even more fun. At the end it was a bunch of push-ups so that wasn't that fun but I stuck with it the best I could.

Disc golf run again!

Found my way to the South Scottsdale course. Such a great course and I avoided putting my disc in the water after years and years of not playing the course. After I walked it I ran it. It was about 94 degrees by then but still not too bad!

Disc Golf Run

Got up in Phoenix to disc golf! It was a beautiful morning at 85 degrees and I was back at a course I hadn't golfed in almost 7 years (35th and Greenway). After reacquainting myself with the course I took my discs and ran the 18 holes. It was fun and I had a better score with the run through.

OMG those sprints yesterday rocked my world this morning. I had nothing in the way of lateral movement. Got beat on the drive consistently. I did have some decent shots go it and felt really great about an alley-oop (layup). Good start to the day overall.

Sworkit and Sprints

30 minute Sworkit workout. Full body strength. Felt pretty good about it. After that I went outside and ran sprints, chasing the thrown frisbee around like a crazy person. It was great!

45 minute Sworkit

Sweat like crazy and 45 minutes felt like a REALLY long time but I finished the thing and felt great the rest of the day. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
