Back, Biceps and some other stuff.

Good workout. Focused on back and biceps but did a lot of other stuff as well. Looking forward to getting into a new environment for a month. April I go to SNAP fitness. New crowd, new machines for a while.

7 miles!

Did 100 push-ups and then went on a run. I didnt expect to run 7 miles but it happened and I was super pleased with my splits. 7:24/mi 
Now I'm paying for it as I've had bathroom problems since I got back but everything is settling down now. :)

Sworkit workout and running

Did a sworkit workout: strength for 30 minutes. It was pretty great. I was pouring sweat. After the heart rate came down, I went and ran for three miles

Mixed Workout

Back and Biceps workout at the gym.
Went home and ran a mile on the treadmill and then ran 4 1/4 miles with sit-ups and push ups in between.

Chest shoulders and triceps.

Benched 185 a few times. Then worked my way down. Shoulder raises I used 25's. Mixed in some squats at the end. Also this morning, I did an 8 minute glut workout.

12 guys there this morning. Lots of energy. Had some good shots. Nothing to write home about but still fun. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
