5 Miles - Treadmill

Ran on the treadmill for the first time in a long time. Not bad at all. Need to figure out how to make the treadmill not automatically stop at 30 minutes. Messed up my 4th mile time.

Morning Basketball

What a shit morning. I mean I felt great regarding cardio. My shot was non-existent. I could've had the last shot of the morning but I didn't put enough muscle behind it. Terrible overall. Still got 6500 steps though so there's that I suppose.

Back and Biceps

Biked to the gym and got in a back and bicep workout. Still not feeling 100% but it was still good to be there. I implemented quite a bit of core, some squats and 100 pushups.

Chest and stuff

Was struggling noticeably with 185 on bench. It's been a while since I've done a chest workout there. Always bummed by how quickly my gains go away. It was busy so I didn't get to do all the chest stuff I wanted to so I did several core exercises.

house work

Hand washed nearly the entire exterior of the house today. Not a traditional workout of course but it did take 5 hours on Monday and 2 on Sunday. Also my house doesn't look like I don't care about it.

6 miles

I was going for 7 miles, but at about the 2 1/2 mile mark my stomach started giving me some mixed signals, so I turned around at mile three and brought my 6 mile time down from Monday

Back and Biceps workout

Mixed in some legs and push-ups and had a good workout overall. I do feel as though I lost some ground on how much weight I could lift due to the fact that it's been a while since I've been able to get to the Rec Center.

Sworkit Workout

First day of school - so I relented going to Bball and did a 30 minute sworkit in the basement. It wasn't bad, I really need to get into the gym though. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
