Fighting a cold and decided to play through it. Some teens were there so that was a good time. My shot wasn't very good but I made a few and also had some decent layups around the basket.

It was a really nice evening so I went out for a run. Planned on 5 and got it with 7:24 min/mile My cracked garmin watch is in the mail to Garmin to get replaced and so I carried my phone with the Strava app going. Here's the link

Had a great chest workout. Had a good long talk with my buddy about how to increase my bench press. So I'm pretty excited about that. Bottom line: I need to get in the gym more than I do.

Went out to the football field and threw frisbee and ran to caught it. I'm such a dork but I don't care one bit. It felt good to run around. Especially since there hasn't been basketball the last week.

Sworkit

Well, yesterday was supposed to be an Ultimate Frisbee day. No such luck. One person showed up. Anyway, it was too hot to angry run again, so here's a Monday Sworkit. 45 minutes/Full body strength

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
