Basketbal (night time)

Had a long day at work and musical practice so I was happy to play some ball. It was pretty great. I had quite a few shots and made some defensive stops as well. Good times.

Basketball (twice sort of)

Went to play bball in the morning and there were only 4 of us so they went home and I stayed and shot around for 45 minutes. Was making everything.

Went to play later that evening at the old guys league (over 40) and made a few but mostly missed. Even though I was super sick, I threw down some ibuprofen and went out there and ran around.

I feel more than awful today but I say it worth it since we didn't win and I scored 6 of our small pile of losing points.

This wasn't easy but I was glad I got through it. I'm out of shape but I'm due to go swimming with Briar for her swim lessons  on Saturdays so I need to firm up a bit.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
