That was rough. Last mile: straight into the wind and super tired. That cold is still working on me for sure.

Running Club.

Had full intention to get a back and biceps workout in but watched Broad City instead and went straight to running club where Rainn and I ran a couple miles together. He did a great job. He's really coming along! Super proud of the effort he puts into his form.

5 Miles

Ran 5 miles from the church. I wanted to 6 but my times were coming to be pretty good but I was wearing out. So I ended up with 5 miles at 7 min/mile pace. I can't remember the last time I did that.

Chest and stuff

Had a great chest workout at the Rec. Felt like I worked hard and covered all the machines and moves or whatever that I wanted to.

Morning Basketball

Nothing exciting. I played without my goggles and it made absolutely no difference. I made the same percentage of shots and dribbled with the same awful results. It's gross to watch myself play bball from my perspective. 

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
