My whole workout was just running around after the frisbee after throwing into the air. Still a good sweat and good for the wheels.

Sworkit and push-ups

Did 100 push-ups after I did two sworkit workouts. I was drenched in sweat. Had to wait about an hour to be able to do my push-ups.

Chest, triceps, shoulders

Put up 185 3xs, 5xs and 4xs, so next time I hope to get to 205. Came away tired out but should do some ab work at some point today.

Not a bad morning at all. I was effective on a few drives so that was encouraging. Hit a couple shots.. missed quite a few as well.

Back and Biceps and Agility Ladder

I went to the gym and had a great back and bicep workout. Curling 35 lb dumbbells straight away.

After about 35 minutes of that, I went home and worked about 17 minutes on the agility ladder.

30 minute Full body work out with the Sworkit app. What a great workout. Super sweaty works the whole body (except biceps and back).

Frisbee stuff

Played a normal round of disc golf, did a round while jogging, Then brought the ultimate disc out and did some sprints to go chase it. 82 degrees and no wind made it really not fun at all.

Morning Basketball

Woke up early enough this morning to be a wake for a while and also to do an 8 minute stretch. Felt really good the entire morning and then at the end of the hour my shot locked in like crazy. I love it when that happens. :)

Chest and stuff.

Started by benching 185. That's better. Next week I'll go for 195. Overall a great workout. Again, a little crowded for that small space but when I was done, I was done. Just happy to see some gains.

SWORKIT!!

This app is so great. I did 20 minutes of plyometrics and then 15 minutes of core. Almost died during the plyometrics. Really need to get on that if I want to run around like a crazy person for Ultimate Firsbee.

Got through the soreness and was running up and down the court like a crazy person. Made a few shots. That always redeems my awful defense.. in my mind it does anyway.

I wouldn't qualify it as a workout but I biked quite a few places on Friday totaling to about 8 miles. It really was a leisurely ride for the most part but still biking right?

Back, biceps and other stuff

Over a month since I worked out at the gym. So this post will be serve as a "Before" post.
Either way, I had a somewhat OK workout. Curled 30 lbs dumbbells and worked the back muscles at 85 lbs. (usually 105).

Did some significant leg exercises as well as some ab work.

Also did 100 (20X5) pushups.





Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
