5 miles

Well, that hurt. Haven't been doing any cardio other than my once a week run, Gonna get back into Basketball this week. I'm pumped to get back on the court. Should help bring back some smoothness into my stride. Keeping the 7:42/mi pace that I did was really tough.

Back and Biceps

Finally got back to the gym today. Back and Biceps; noticeably lower weight. I actually started the lat pulldown machine with 105 and my lat talked back to me for a while. Ended the workout with some ab work. Have felt like crap ever since I left the gym. I hate this cold. It just keeps hanging on.

Took a chance to run for a bit. My times are slowly improving over the last month. 7:35/mile pace tired me out quite a bit. Had to mow the yard after that. I was wiped out by 6 pm. It's a good feeling.

Tabata and 100 Pushups.

The activity is in the name. It was pretty tough. Been a while since I've done one but I at least retained my ability to finish the whole 4th set. In early summer I was unable to complete it.

Chest Workout

Hadn't been to the gym in a couple of weeks but it turned out to be a good workout. Put up 195 at the top of the pyramid, so that was cool.

5 Miles

Decided to get a run in. Headed out with intention of completing 4 miles but ran in to my neighbor and she was out to do 10 so I decided to up it a mile.

Perfect Fall day, mid 50's and cloudy. Ended up with a 7:40/mile overall pace.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
