Morning Basketball

We only had 4 so 2 on 2 was OK I guess. I hit a few in the beginning but after that I was not effective. Gonna take a while to get that cardio back up to where I want it.

Morning Basketball

Finally got back in the mix this morning. I tried to drive to the hoop a few times and that was awful. My shots outside were surprisingly on. Granted my defender wasn't winning any awards with his efforts but still, at least a bunch of my open shots went in.

Chest Workout

Started out with 205 bench and worked my way down. Great workout overall. The other day I felt slightly feverish after my workout the other day due to my cold being in full swing. Today I felt/feel great.

5 miles

Well, that hurt. Haven't been doing any cardio other than my once a week run, Gonna get back into Basketball this week. I'm pumped to get back on the court. Should help bring back some smoothness into my stride. Keeping the 7:42/mi pace that I did was really tough.

Back and Biceps

Finally got back to the gym today. Back and Biceps; noticeably lower weight. I actually started the lat pulldown machine with 105 and my lat talked back to me for a while. Ended the workout with some ab work. Have felt like crap ever since I left the gym. I hate this cold. It just keeps hanging on.

6 Miles

Windy day. First 3 miles into the wind. That just means the last 3 miles were awesome.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
