It's not what you might be thinking. We just did a video workout Turbo Fire for 60 minutes. Good times. I don't mind jumping around the living room for an hour.
Later that night:

20xs5 curls 30lbs
Deadlift to overhead press 30lb 5xs2
Preacher curls 30lbs - 10xs5
Chest fly's 30lbs - 10xs5
