I'm 3 years from turning 50. I feel weak, soft and I'm ready to make a change.
Had a solid workout. Worked chest, shoulders and triceps. Seeing some gains and noticing I'm able to hold form a little better.
So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
