Ab workout
6 minute glut workout
100 pushups
Dumbbell curls 30 lbs 10 reps 4  sets
100 squats 25x4
Shoulder press 10x4 30lb dumbbells
Mountain climbers 25x4
Chest flys 10x3 30 lb dumbbells
30 lb Dumbbell row 25x3
Overhead tricep press 10x3 60 lbs

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
