Morning Basketball and afternoon Chest Workout

Morning basketball went well. It was just 3 on 3 so there was quite a bit of running. I needed that.

Had a great workout. Got 185 lbs up a couple times after building up to it. Watched my shoulder to make sure that it didn't get worked too hard. Made some adjustments on which moves I did so that helped.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
