Morning Basketball - Back and Biceps

So one of our cats woke me up at 4:30am and I couldn't get back to sleep. Went to play ball at 6 and it was just awful. I couldn't make anything happen. Then we got bumped from the gym after 45 minutes. Frustrating. Need More Sleep. 

In the afternoon I went to the gym and had a decent back and biceps workout. Still tired but good.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
