Morning Basketball AND a chest workout in the afternoon.

So glad I woke up. Seemed like I was actually awake. Had some decent up-close shots that went in and got a tons of steps and felt energized throughout.

Got to the gym later in the day while the kids went swimming. It was OK. Barely got up 205. Either way I was just happy to get in and lift a bit.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
