Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

Woke up at 6am and did a 8 minute glut workout and 8 minute ab workout.

Did a decent chest workout in the afternoon. Benched 165. YIKES, I've lost a bit..

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
