Chest, triceps, shoulders

Put up 185 3xs, 5xs and 4xs, so next time I hope to get to 205. Came away tired out but should do some ab work at some point today.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
