Sworkit

30 minute Sworkit workout. I somehow managed to select a lame workout mode, but I know enough of the regular moves that I worked up quite a sweat.
A little later, I tried out the shoulder rotator cuff exercises I downloaded the other day. I need to try to get this shoulder back to a place where I can lift.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
