5 Miles on the treadmill.
Ran 5 miles on the treadmill. It took about 42 minutes or so. I didn't go for the speed I just went for the distance.

Well, the core and my curls felt better the push-ups were awful. Had to phone a few of those sets in.

Old man basketball
Had a pretty good night. Couple of lay ups that felt good. Had some decent passes that turned into assists. We didn't win but we didn't lose as bad as we thought we would. 🤷🏼♂️

It was great to get back on the road. It's been so cold, and Dec was crazy busy, and I was pretty sick a couple weeks ago. Either way, I hope can get a rhythm back now.

After an incredibly busy December and a flu at the beginning of Jan, my body is so lame right now. At least I'm pretty light.
Treadmill Running - 1 hour
