Well that was fun! I went to the Rec Center for the first time in a long time. Basically did a chest and shoulder workout but with some bicep work. So I FINALLY was able to do a couple pull-ups which has not been possible until now due to my left bicep injury from last summer.
I also did a dead lift for the first time ever. I know that's super lame but whatever.
Added some core workout stuff into the mix. THEN I came home and jumped rope for my usual 6 minutes and ended with some focused agility ladder work downstairs.
