Everything Kind of

Went to the Rec and did a chest and curl workout. I was trying to cover all my bases from missing my workouts all week. So it wasn't extremely productive but it was something at least.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
