Clintonville Rec with the boys

River took me through this workout at the gym. Dude has a six pack anyone would be jealous of. He's a strong kid. It's pretty awesome. 100 crunches, some planks, a short leg workout for me. His workout was long. I couldn't keep up actually. I had a vested interest in being able to walk the next day.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
