8 Miles!

The whole run felt good. The tailwind the first 4 felt REALLY good but it wasn't too bad on the way back I just kept leaning into it and engaging the core while concentrating on a mid-foot strike. Here's the link to the run.

Also, apparently I had my fastest 10K stretch during my run, so that was cool.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
