Back and Biceps- 2 Miles

Well, I had a great workout. My curls were actually down a bit but I think I need to work the biceps more than just once a week. After a considerable amount of lifting I had time to run for a bit on the treadmill. That was depressing. I went 2 miles in 16:50, that's a 8:25 pace.
Either way, whatever it was, maybe the evil treadmill, my lower back is killing me.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
