Basement Workout

Alternate 10 Dumbbell Curls (30 lbs) with 25 Squats (holding 30 lbs) Repeat 4xs

Alternate 25 Tricep dips with 25 Basic Crunches Repeat 4xs

Alternate 20 Lat pulls with 20 Side Lunges (holding 17.5 lbs) repeat 4xs

Alternate 15 Overhead Dumbbell press (30 lbs) with 20  Low Ab exercise repeat 4xs

Alternate 10 seated preacher curls (30 lbs) with 10 burpees repeat 3xs

Alternate 10 Overhead Triceps (60 lbs) with  20 Side Ab exercise repeat 4 xs

100 pushups

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
