LEG DAY

Got up this morning. Warmed up on the treadmill for a few minutes. Worked the machines and then fired up the Sworkit app to do 20 minutes of lower body. A lot of cardio was mixed so I was super sweaty and honestly I sat a couple of them out. I'll get em next time.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
