Alternated between back, biceps stuff and leg work. Took an intentional tempo to the workout until the end when I alternated
25 push ups
10 curls with 35 lb dumbbells,
leg press with 270 loaded on it 15 reps and then
ab roll-outs
Repeated that sequence 4 times.
