Basement and then Running Club

It was a shorter workout in the basement.
Some good ladder work.
60 push-ups
Shoulder raises
40 sit-ups
40 squats
Some Core work
5 Minutes Jump Rope

Then I went to running club and did a 5K. I was asked to run with the front group and this 4th grader. He was a beast.

Treadmill Running - 1 hour

So tough for me. I feel like I barely made it an hour. 8 minute miles basically. Not happy about it really at all. Makes me want to get out...
