Thanks to my sprints I felt pretty sluggish and played that way too. I always have fun no matter what though.

100 Pushups, glut and sprints.
Threw the frisbee and ran and caught it for about 40 minutes. I did NOT end up hitting myself in the business this time so I felt pretty great about that!

Basketball and Chest Workout.
Had a REALLY good day! Started out playing basketball and I felt like I was in a zone, not THE zone of course, but A zone of reasonable competency... I'll take it. I have to give credit to the energy boost/amino acid mix I got the other day. 4 small scoops of that stuff and I'm flyin' high at 6 am!
Later in the day I did a chest shoulders, tricep workout. I benched 175. A new high for me. Almost to my body weight. I've always wanted to be able to bench my body weight and I'm almost there, five more pounds!

Not a bad morning. Despite the fact that I had some pain in the neck area, I made all my layups and had no airballs. *shrugs.

Frisbee Sprints and Pushups
Did 100 pushups before I went to the park. When I got to the park I took an ultimate frisbee and threw it up in the air and into the wind and then sprinted to catch it. I was planning on doing this for an hour.
After about 35 minutes I threw a particularly steep and high throw and due to the sweat on my hands, when it came down it slipped through my hands and proceeded to hit me right in the business. I immediately crumpled to the ground and then quickly got up and retreated to my car for a couple minutes while I gathered myself and my dignity.
I finished the hour without too much pain. Now, I'm sitting on the couch and lamenting the fact that I did not catch that frisbee.

Morning Basketball and a chest workout.
Played basketball in the morning. Not too bad, had some decent drives, no shots that I can remember went in. Felt awake and loose for the most part.
In the afternoon, I got to get a chest, shoulders and tricep workout in. I feel like I'm progressing although slowly.
